AWESOME WORK!!! After going through a lot of trouble to organize a meeting at my home, I was horrified to discover that only three hours before everyone was supposed to meet up for dinner, my bathroom sink was stopped up and it seemed Draino just wasn't getting the job done. A-1 Plumbing came in and took care of the clog, cleaned up after themselves, and the issue was fixed with plenty of time to spare. They're my new go-to guys.

I appreciate that one of your technicians came out on short notice
I appreciate that one of your technicians came out to our home on short notice on Tuesday evening and diagnosed our back up. I actually cancelled another technician from another company after I did not receive a call back for "emergency service" within a hour. The young lady that took my call from A-1 said, "I am your technician and I will have someone out there within the hour". *THAT* is what I wanted to hear. I have a bathtub of black water, I don't want excuses. I have a two year old to deal with. I want service. Your technician Robert was extremely helpful and not only explained that you would not charge us a full visit for just showing up and diagnosing our issue in 5 to 10 minutes but would only charge us $75 with a military discount ($67) which I very much appreciate, (from your website "veteran owned"). He also worked with me to get the county on the phone and Baltimore County dispatched a truck and had workers out here before Robert was able to get packed up and leave. I gave Robert some samples of our Beef Jerky and I hope he shares with you and the folks in the office. You can *guarantee* that you have a customer in us for our future plumbing needs and I hope we can have you as a customer in the future as well for Beef Jerky. Thanks for your good work and excellent customer service. Outstanding!!
